To qualify for the referral incentive, bank¡¦s confirmation is required to assure that the referee has successfully drawdown the mortgage loan referred by mReferral. |

The amount of supermarket gift coupon awarded is based on the mortgage loan amount. HK$300 coupon will be awarded for every million dollars. Gift coupons awarded for each referral will be capped at HK$2,000(applicable to mortgage referral application received on or after 1 July 2007). For loan amount equals or greater than HK$500,000 but below HK$1,000,000, HK$100 coupon will be awarded. |

Referral will be based on a first-come-first-served basis when there is more than one referral source for the same application. |

Referrer must complete the Customer Referral Program Application Form and fax to mReferral within three months from the drawdown date of the referee's mortgage loan. Otherwise, referrer's entitlement to the supermarket gift coupons will be automatically forfeited. |
